2020 - Present

In August 2020 Ibrom committed to become the Technical Director for the Country of Samoa.  The capital being Apia and with a population of 196,000.  Ibrom will be tasked with developing the Country in all aspects of football development.  Samoa is geographical based halfway between New Zealand and Hawaii.

Primarily Ibrom was asked by the President to develop national elite academies aligned to future

Across an 18 month period Ibrom was able to develop 6 national academies encompassing over 100 boys and girls from the ages of 8-17 years old.  All players resided on the main island of Rarotonga and were identified through the local national domestic competition.

Their was many achievements at the International level for Ibrom including International teams qualifying for the highest placing in World Cup qualifying tournaments.

Under Ibrom's leadership a number of coach education courses took place in the Cook Islands.  The first ever Senior C License Coaching Course took place as well as the pilot launch for the first Education Centre in Oceania in 2017.
