Across an 18 month period Ibrom was able to develop 6 national academies encompassing over 100 boys and girls from the ages of 8-17 years old. All players resided on the main island of Rarotonga and were identified through the local national domestic competition.

Their was many achievements at the International level for Ibrom including International teams qualifying for the highest placing in World Cup qualifying tournaments.

Under Ibrom's leadership a number of coach education courses took place in the Cook Islands. The first ever Senior C License Coaching Course took place as well as the pilot launch for the first Education Centre in Oceania in 2017.
