Player Development Officer & Summer Camps Coordinator


Ibrom took up his first overseas contract in the United States of America

on behalf of Major League Soccer.  Ibrom's role involved travelling comprehensively throughout the North-Eastern side of the USA in major cities such as New York City, Boston and Philadelphia.  Whilst as a Player Development Officer Ibrom would develop and oversee the technical direction of a number of a number of state league clubs and associations.


Ibrom immediately went to work with the U13 Academy

Ibrom was a immediately asked to oversee the Junior Dynamo Academy and support the U13 and U18 academy groups.  This included travelling around the US in the US Academy League, the Dallas Cup and tours abroad to play the likes of Chivas Guadalajara.


Ibrom would have the opportunity to work on a weekly basis with the likes of Memo Rodriguez current Dynamo first teamer
