After returning from a five year stint in the US Ibrom took on the role of Football Development Officer and Head of Elite Football Program for King's Lynn FC.  The club plying it's trade in the Conference North.  It was one of the best supported clubs in non-league football with on average 1000 fans coming to the Walks Stadium to watch.

Across a three year period Ibrom was able to develop elite boys groups from U8's up to the first team and also girls from U10's up to the Senior Women's Team.  This would encompass some 200 elite footballers from throughout the region of East-Anglia.

Norwich City Indoor Training Complex.  games would take place regularly between KL Elite and Norwich City Academy Teams

Ibrom was able to develop links with Professional Football Clubs throughout the East-Anglia region and beyond.  By 2011 over 100 fixtures would be taking place  between KL Elite squads and professional clubs on an annual basis.

Ibrom's Elite teams would have the opportunity to observe Barcelona and play fixtures against Barcelona and Satellite Academy Teams

By 2011 KL Elite team's were regularly touring throughout the UK and also to countries such as Italy and Spain to play academy team's from Barcelona, Torino and Juventus.
